We understand our products may not work for everyone. We gladly accept approved returns within 30 Days of purchase. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipment we incurred and a 20% handling fee will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item, consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds are processed once per week , please allow 7 to 10 business days for a refund. Feel free to contact us to find out the status of your return at firstname.lastname@example.org. An email notification will be sent when a return has been processed and/or refund submitted. It generally takes banks up to 7 business days to credit back a card after a refund has been submitted on this end.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as once it has been delivered with a valid tracking number, we will not replace lost items.

If your item(s) is returned to us due to incorrect address, or any other reason, customer will be responsible for 20% Restocking Fee and/or customer must pay for the shipping and handling of the package sent.
