Shipping Policy


Our products are shipped within 2-10 business days, excluding weekends, promotions and holidays, using the following carriers: USPS,.

If you opted to receive email notifications, you will receive an email with all shipping information. Including tracking details so that you may track your order. Please be advised some orders may require signature confirmation. Some items may be on back order. Although customer service can't give you an exact date of when your order will be shipped, please rest assured you order will be shipped within the time frame specified. 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as once it has been delivered with a valid tracking number, we will not replace lost or stolen items. All items purchased is made pursuant to a shipment contracts with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier. Please note that we can only begin to investigate lost orders shipped via standard shipping once 10 business days have passed since the date of shipment.

All Returns including shipping detailed errors made by the customer, ie. providing incorrect or incomplete address information, refusal of or an unclaimed package, will be subject to a 20% restock fee to help cover cost for used shipping supplies, etc. Restock fees may be waived at our discretion.

We reserve the right to change or alter any and all policies at any time.


Please allow 2 business days for us to receive a clear payment. We accept all major credit cards and paypal. All orders that have cleared successfully will be shipped within 2-10 business days excluding holidays and weekends. All Premium VIP Members must input their discount in order to receive FREE SHIPPING. 


CANCELLATIONS: If you opt to cancel orders within the shipping timeframes specified, a 20% transaction fee will applied. ​
